Dwight: Welcome to the Hotel Hell. Check in time is now. Check out time is never. Jim: Does my room have cable? Dwight: No. And the sheets are made of fire. Jim: Can I change rooms? Dwight: Sorry, we’re all booked up. Hell convention in town. Jim: Can I have a late checkout? Dwight: I’ll have to talk to the manager. Jim: You’re not the manager… even in your own fantasy?

Can we take a moment to appreciate that Dave has written and composed all of this incredible music with Foo Fighters, Queens of the Stone Age and Them Crooked Vultures, jams for the upcoming Sound City movie and soundtrack, helps out on other bands’ records and delivers mind-blowing live shows and he does all of this while being virtually deaf?

i remember i was watching this half hour long klaxons interview, and i think it was near the end of the interview, but the band members were talking about either their favorite 2010 song or favorite 2010 music video, and simon answered mgmt’s “flash delirium”.

needless to say, i think that was when i decided simon was my favorite member. but all the klaxons guys are cool :)
